Session 1: Emotional Unpacking
A safe space to talk about your story in full confidentiality, knowing that you won’t receive advice, judgement, or opinions. I will help you ‘innerstand’ how your story shaped you, how to work with your pain body, and how to transform and release what’s keeping you small.
*Bonus: you’ll receive educational material to learn about your cycle.
Session 2: Energetic Womb Healing
A Shamanic Journey into your Womb Space guided by sound and visualization. An invitation to release stagnant energy, ancient karmic baggage, abuse, traumas, and stuck emotions. This is a deep session that is followed by 21 days of guided ritual on your own to integrate what was brough up and deepen the relationship with you Womb Space.
